Rotary drum drying equipment is a highly mechanized calcination machine with low resistance to fluid passing through the cylinder, low energy consumption, and strong adaptability to materials.

According to the requirements of calcination, the raw material is fed into the drying equipment from one end, and under the flipping of the evenly distributed plate in the inner cylinder, the material is evenly distributed and separated in the drying equipment, and fully contacts with the high-temperature flue gas to decompose the water adsorbed on the surface of the phosphate iron powder. The decomposed water vapor flows out through the dehumidification fan to meet the drying requirements. Then it is made into anhydrous iron phosphate (containing 2 crystal waters). In the calcination process, the material stays in the kiln for a period of time under the action of a sloping cylinder and a plate, and moves to another section of the calcination kiln where the finished product flows out. The internal crystal water migrates out under temperature and time control and is collected by a first stage bag to ensure the recovery of smoke and dust. The heat generated by the combustion of natural gas is used as the heat source for the drying equipment, which can more fully improve the heat utilization efficiency.

Kiln head section

Kiln body part

It is the main body of a rotary kiln (rotary kiln), usually 30-150 meters long, cylindrical, with 3-5 rolling rings in the middle. The cylinder body is often processed into 3-10 sections by the factory, transported by heavy-duty trucks to the destination, and welded together. The rolling ring part, also known as the tire ring, is cast from molten steel, and the rolling ring part of the kiln body is slightly thicker than the steel plate of other parts due to its load-bearing capacity. Supporting the tugboat, it is also a part of the kiln body and connected to the foundation corresponding to the rolling ring, and is the load-bearing pillar of the entire rotary kiln. Cooling machine

The cooling machine, in contrast to the preheater, is a device that rapidly cools down the materials in a rotary kiln after firing. It looks like a low profile rotary kiln, but with a lower and shorter diameter, and does not require the laying of refractory bricks. It is replaced by a lifting plate inside. The main function is to quickly cool down the finished product.
